Senior Interior Designer:
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and preferences so that they can be incorporated into the design
- Participating in client meetings to discuss design plans and gather feedback on preliminary designs
- Coordinating with architects and contractors to ensure that construction meets design specifications
- Creating conceptual sketches, renderings, and other illustrations to communicate design concepts to clients
- Minimum completion of Bachelor’s degree in Interior designer
- Should have minimum 4 years of experience in related field.
Architect:
- Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements.
- Managing design projects from concept development through to completion.
- Developing and presenting project proposals.
- Degree in architecture or a related field.
- Previous experience as an Architect preferred.
- Excellent technical drawing skills.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Newforma, etc.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.
- Strong creative and visualization skills.
- Should have minimum 2-3 years of experience in related field.
Store-Keeper:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time
- Skills to operate common office equipment
- Should have own two wheeler vehicle with valid driver’s license.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time
- Skills to operate common office equipment
- Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management
- Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management

Project Manager

Requirements:
v At least 10+ years of project experience.
v Strong leadership skills.
v Ability to monitor and control project quality.

v Capability to make decisions and pressure.

v A solid understanding of business cases and risk management processes.

v Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and design.
